OKOYIGO is a culinary project inspired by Japanese street food, centered around okonomiyaki – an iconic specialty from Osaka. Blending cultures and influences, the concept celebrates generous, approachable, and character-driven cuisine.
I was commissioned to design the project’s visual identity, starting with the creation of the logo. The goal was to visually translate the energy of the concept: a balance between Japanese authenticity and a modern, accessible aesthetic.
The design approach focused on building a strong identity capable of reflecting both the richness of the dish and the spirit of the project. The logo is bold and expressive, designed to work seamlessly across digital platforms and physical environments.
OKOYIGO marks the beginning of a project where food becomes a true visual and cultural experience.
